Security
My Exercise Fitness takes the security of your online transactions seriously. Your credit card information is protected by state-of-the-art encryption software. The encryption process makes your online ordering safe; it is the standard for processing a secure credit card order over the Internet.

Special Orders
Certain items including motorized treadmills, oversized items, and any dropship items are special orders and subject to a separate refund and cancellation policy. We must enforce this policy because we do not stock these items and are ordered on a per customer basis. Although these specials orders can take up to 8 weeks, we must charge our customers' credit card at the time the order is placed. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee as we are unable to return the merchandise to the manufacturer once received. A cancellation is allowed as long as the product has not shipped from the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship out from Home-Gym-Exercise-Equipment.com next business day, however, to keep our prices so low, we may occasionally ship in 5-7 business days depending on inventory. Please allow additional delivery time for drop ship items.
