2) Please allow additional delivery time for drop ship items.

Shipping for Oversized Items:
Please Note that we can not ship oversized items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO. Exercise Equipment is only shipped to the 48 Contiguous states.

Overnight Shipping:
For your convenience, myexercisefitness.com offers you the option of overnight shipping. Please note that most of our items ship in an "over weight/over sized" class and tend to be extremely expensive to ship overnight. Refusal of Delivery:
If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to myexercisefitness.com and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to myexercisefitness.com due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the new delivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part and you will be charged for all shipping costs.

Limited Free Shipping:
Free shipping offer is limited to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For shipping costs to locations other than the 48 contiguous United States please contact us via phone or email.
